All Sales Are Final
Because our canvas prints are made-to-order and personalized for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery at info@truehomearts.com.
Make sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Minor color variations due to screen-to-print differences
  • Orders reported after the 3-day notification period
  • Incorrect size expectations due to not checking product dimensions before ordering
  • Failure to provide a phone number, which may result in failed delivery

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements if the issue does not meet these conditions.

In rare cases, if required by law in your state or jurisdiction, we will comply with all applicable consumer protection regulations.
