Return and Refund Policy

Because all our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective ItemsIf your item arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please contact us within 20 calendar days of delivery at info@truehomearts.com

Make sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the canvas and packaging

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Please note: You do not need to return the product to us in case of damage or defect.

 

Lost in Transit

If the tracking shows no updates for more than 10 business days, please contact us at info@truehomearts.com.

If your package still hasn’t arrived within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, we will consider it lost and arrange a free replacement/refund at no additional cost.

Please note: If the tracking status shows “Delivered”, we cannot provide a replacement or refund, as the carrier has confirmed successful delivery.

 

Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender

If the shipping carrier cannot deliver the order due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is unclaimed, it will be returned to our facility.

We will notify you if your package is returned.

Customers must respond within 15 calendar days of this notification and provide a correct and complete address to arrange reshipment.

Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If no response is received within 15 days, the order will be considered abandoned and no replacement/refund will be issued.

 

Wrong item received

If you receive the wrong item, design, or size due to a fulfillment error, please contact us within 20 calendar days of delivery at info@truehomearts.com.

To process your claim, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the incorrect item and its packaging
  • A description of the issue

Once verified, we will provide a free replacement/refund at no extra cost.

 

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Minor color variations due to screen-to-print differences
  • Orders reported after the 20-day notification period
  • Incorrect size expectations due to not checking product dimensions before ordering
  • Failure to provide a phone number, which may result in failed delivery

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements if the issue does not meet these conditions.

Exceptions
In rare cases, if required by law in your state or jurisdiction, we will comply with all applicable consumer protection regulations.
