2. Product Images Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in color or print detail may occur due to the nature of on-demand production and screen-to-print differences.

3. Delivery and Shipping We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect shipping information, courier issues, or external disruptions. Customers are responsible for providing a valid and complete delivery address. Failure to provide a phone number, where required, may result in delivery issues which we are not liable for.

4. No Refunds or Exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Minor color variations due to screen calibration

  • Wrong size due to not checking size specifications or relying solely on mockups

  • Orders reported after the 3-day notification period for issues

5. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery at info@truehomearts.com. Include your order number, photos of the issue and packaging, and a clear description. Verified claims will result in a replacement at no extra cost.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this site, including images, branding, and text, is the property of True Home Arts and may not be used or copied without our written permission.

7. Order Cancellation Rights We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, technical errors, or violation of our policies.
